Had several issues like not enough seating outside, ice maker not working properly, and fridge drip tray was dirty along with some of the utensils. Need to pay attention to these things. Maria did help to make sure all was fixed in a timely manner. Just felt these issues should had been foreseen. Besides that the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned.Show more Solid house, but it needs some TLC. No major issues, but many of the fixtures were broken or just not there (towel racks falling off the wall / kitchen sink handle broken / trash can broken / toilet paper holder gone / grill rusted out). It’s a beautiful neighborhood and right near the clubhouse. With a little TLC the house would be great.Show more The house worked great for our group of 9 adults. Everything was as described.
