The location of this place is about 20 mins from major parks. It is in a neighborhood of places that look exactly the same and are very close together. Some of the items in the home did not work, like the TV in the movie room. Also, there are literally no supplies so be prepared. Each bathroom had a half of a roll of Toliet paper and not one extra roll was left for us so we had to go buy our own. Same with paper towels and garbage bags. They left us one garbage bag for 5 days. We had one dish towel as well. If you are traveling, expect to bring these things that will be needed. The cleanliness was ok. It was definitely in need of some deep cleaning - like the baseboards could use some love. The outside has old pillows and carpet. If you want the pool heated- request in advance. We had an issue where it took 36 hours to heat the pool after request. It has some cool features but just needs some upkeep. The place is large, and if you have kids, they would enjoy it. Leiric

Overall, it was a beautiful place. Peaceful and<br/>Spacious. Unfortunately, the place<br/>Wasn’t as clean as it should. In one of the bedrooms, The sheets weren’t clean. There were stains that looked like “poop” on the sheets. I reached out to the host and was offered for someone to come back out to fix the issue but no one never showed. The patio cushions need to be replaced, They are extremely dirty with mildew. In the game room, one of the games doesn’t work and inside one of the bedrooms, the drawer has a very loud weed smell. <br/>Besides those things, it was a very beautiful place. The host respond very quickly and was sympathetic towards the issue, that was reported. Felicia

this home suited our needs for 12 people well! unfortunately there were major house keeping issues but, they were fixed asap and they went above and beyond to fix. Some items in the home have been broken, which we noted,but nothing crazy. I think what lacks here is the " personal touch" and attention to detail, as well as good inspection of the home when guests leave. updates like new outdoor cushions were suggested and more kid friendly cups/plates. Lastly, there were not enough trash bags for such a LARGE house who expect to host many people. so plan to bring trash bags, paper towels and TP if you have a group of 12 or more. <br/>Overall, it was great for our needs and location was awesome! close to stores and easy access to Disney.
