For the most part the home was as described, it was spacious. Upon arrival, my family and I noticed things that were unacceptable. The couch in the main living area and chairs in the game room were disgusting. The leather looked like it was ripped to shreds and the arms of the couch were broken. The game room was very underwhelming, there were items missing needed to use the pool table and the air hockey unit had no airflow towards the middle of the table. The water pressure in all the bathrooms were terrible. There were hair balls left in the shower of master bathroom as well as the patio near the pool. The curtains had visible stains, and the woodworks looked chewed and very dirty. We were told all the TV’s were roku which was a lie, and we pre paid to have the BBQ grill during our stay which was not ready when we arrived. I think this house has great potential to receive 5 stars, the host was great and responsive. However for the money they charge, this space needs some TLC. Very spacious place and accommodate all of our needs. The host was very responsive with concerns and issues. However, this location does need some routine work done. During our time the refrigerator and freezer rarely stayed cold, the handles on the freezer were broken when we arrived and kept breaking after the fix. The couches are broken in the living room and upstairs, blinds missing from the sliding door entrance to the pool and we paid extra for a grill that’s was not set up prior to our arrival and was standing on wobbly legs. Fam Trip
The house was absolutely amazing and very spacious. Communication was great, it took no time for Maria to reply to my needs. The neighborhood was great as well. Would definitely book again!!! This house accommodates 26 people incredibly well. There were a lot of bathrooms and showers for use with sufficient hot and cold water. We loved the private pool and the laundry/washer amenities. The place is about twenty minutes away from all major Disney parks and 30 min to the airport (40, if during peak traffic time). <br/>The place is clean and spacious and was a great place to rest after a long day outside. The only hiccup was some trouble with getting our epasses to work at the gate but the intercom is there to help. <br/>10/10 would book again!
