The first floor features the master king bedroom suite and another queen bed suite. Was not happy with the cleanliness of the house. It clearly was not clenaed well before we got there. The pool area was exceptionally dirty. 4 chair were missing and the 4 that were left were in nad condition. The pool table is old and worn.
However, maintenance did do the best they can to get the placed clean and sent new chairs, albeit half way through our stay.
Overall, maintenance was rather helpful, but the house needs some tlc. Overall it was a solid spot for a good price.. other than having trouble getting in the house for check-in. The house was very nice, would definitely book again in the future. Once arriving with kids in the car coming 4 hours away the keypad is NOT working. Calling the host off of three different phones and waiting for 45 minutes and trying new codes we still wasn’t able to access the home. Finally the gentleman on the phone gave us the key lock code where a key was. Rewind. the sliding door to the home was open and that made me uncomfortable the whole visit I was there. Once finally settled in I had to reach out to the host numerous of times. The walls in the home were dirty, a picture was cracked in the bedroom downstairs, 2 rooms upstairs lights did not work.
