Very beautiful place my kids enjoyed the pool So we've stayed at Storey Lake around 5 times now and were at the house for a week. We love the location to Disney World - it's very easy getting to the parks. The layout of this 4 bedroom is good (not great), but the AC system in all of these floor plans is inefficient, and this is the 3rd one we've stayed in. There's only one unit trying to cool both levels, so the downstairs has to be freezing for the upstairs to even be comfortable (and that's if the thermostat isn't locked at 70 degrees). We had to spend $150 on fans to keep the rooms comfortable, and then it was still warm in the daytime upstairs. The air barely blows out of the upstairs vents. Several hosts tell us that "Storey Lake" doesn't allow the AC to be set below 70, but we got this one down to 68. We also went out and purchased some bedding because they only give you a sheet and blanket for the beds. The furniture wasn't comfortable to sit on either. We'll most likely find a different floor plan for our next visit. It’s was close to a lot of stores and it was quiet and very clean.
