Maria is great to work with. Responds to communication/issues immediately. She was gracious enough to allow us to extend as our home was hit with a cat. 5 hurricane. House is beautiful. Haven't used the pool due to weather but it is nice and clean. The only two things I would recommend that would make this rental even better is deep cleaning the rugs as all carpets had numerous stains and a coat of touch up paint in various areas. Besides that this rental is perfect. I would definitely recommend and rent again. Montique
