Maria is great..Responds to communication/issues immediately. She was gracious enough to allow us to extend as our home was hit with a cat. 5 hurricane. House is beautiful. Haven't used the pool due to weather but it is nice and clean. The only two things I would recommend that would make this rental even better is deep cleaning the rugs as all carpets had numerous stains and a coat of touch up paint in various areas. Besides that this rental is perfect. I would definitely recommend and rent again. We thought the house was nice,but maybe not as clean as most.The carpets and rug had some stains.<br/>Also, the coffee table was very unstable. The interior of the house is well done and pretty. All beds should be upgraded especially the one upstairs in the big room with balcony that bed has been f$&ked out or just rans it’s time I don’t see why they charging 1300 for a week basically and the beds aren’t updated the bed frames in the other room downstairs is super cheap and feel it’s about to fall apart when me and my wife was in there other than that it was able to get the job I need done we was hardly there due to the fact most of my business was in Orlando !
