A residência é agradável e possui uma excelente localização, no entanto, enfrentamos dificuldades com a geladeira, que estava desligada no quadro de luz. Mesmo após ser ligada, sua eficiência era baixa, com a iluminação interna apagada e a borracha de vedação solta. Apesar da equipe de manutenção ter corrigido a vedação, o congelador não conseguia congelar o sorvete, que permaneceu cremoso até o final de nossa estadia. Reportamos a situação à anfitriã, que nos enviou uma foto do termômetro indicando que "estava tudo bem" e que era questão de tempo <br/>Problema semelhante ocorreu com a secadora, que não estava funcionando normalmente, exigindo múltiplos ciclos de secagem e deixando as roupas úmidas. Não reportamos este último problema, pois se a questão da geladeira já havia sido complexa, a secadora também não seria resolvida, e preferimos não ter a equipe de manutenção constantemente na propriedade. A piscina estava suja o que desmotivou pagar aquecimento, difícil retornar a essa casa!
