Terrible communication, the Wi-Fi didn't work and in the end they had the nerve to charge $1600 for leaving the towels and bed linen dirty!Show more Pool gate latch was missing, child accessible not safe, even when repaired still not safe because the brick moved and allows the pole to be moved to access pool. Pool floor cuts bottom of feet, all my kids feet were cut and bleeding and had hard time going to sea world next day walking. We had to put socks on them to go back in pool. Foul strong cat urine odor, used dirty pet bowl under living room table, with trash. Sofa had many stains and black hairs all over, dirty mirrors and glass tops, not fully equipped kitchen, only 4 bowls, AC didn’t cool well, cooler upstairs, game room isn’t usable, pool table was missing pool sticks, duct taped holes, air hockey barely would flow to play, no gaming consoles, tv wasn’t usually stuck on Spanish, and limited options, a few remotes were missing and some didn’t work and had duct taped backs, staples in carpet on the theatre floor stick out cut feet and poke, surround sound doesn’t work in theatre barely can hear to watch movie. Cons:
Pool table is trashed, 3/6 pockets were broke, ball would drop to floor if went into one of those pockets. Top trashed w/rips, tears, stains. No chalk, no rack. Only street fighter game worked. Game Room had wrappers, trash, debris all over.
Internet - DOES NOT WORK. They give you a code/password which doesn't work. That means NON of the tv's work because they cannot connect to internet.
Mold/mildew in every bathroom shower. Black lines of it along caulk lines/seams.
Large water stain on the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom.
Pool has no alarm on the slider door, broken net surrounding the pool, crooked/broken brick, trash and debris.
All furniture in this house has an issue - stains, rips, tears, smells, unsteadiness.
Thick layer of dust throughout the house.
Not a gated community - there was a gate, however it was OPEN the entire time, no code needed to enter. No one at gate, no security.
