Our stay here was nothing less than enjoyable! The home was stocked, clean, check-in was a breeze, and communication was clear. Will absolutely stay again in the future!Show more Great home and the unique Harry Potter room was entertaining conversation. I was disappointed that the Air Conditioner couldn't keep the house the house cool. It was set at 68⁰ and actual temp was 74⁰., outside temps were 90⁰ to 94⁰. The issue was mainly at night when we wanted to relax and there were no fans in the bedrooms. Notified the host about it and asked them to turn it lower...they denied the request and told us to keep doors and windows closed (they were). Additionally the hist barely provided any toilet paper, towels, trash bags, dish soap or laundry detergent. Stating they couldn't aford to provide those items. I personally don't feel like guests should have to go buy these items when travelling. We can't take them with us on the plane and typically you have to buy quantities that exceed your stay. Overall nice home but the amenities/hosting principal needs attention.Show more 17444 I needed an extended stay and Maria made sure she communicated that late check outs the day of are not allowed but made it an easy process. Only other things were stains on the TV and a photo frame on the floor in the Harry Potter room (we did not use that room) other then that pretty nice place to stayShow more
