Wonderful stay. Just what we needed for our trip. Super convenient to everything and Disney and ESPN. No issues in the home and that was very comforting Hosts were VERY responsive and helpful. I appreciated the flexibility. I look forward to staying again. l

The house was very pretty and clean but there were a few issues. The freezer door handle came off the first time we opened it and the bathrooms outlets didn’t work. We found leftover clothes such as men’s shorts and a young girls bra left in the house when we arrived. The plants on the patio were dying in cracked pots around the pool. The property manager was very responsive to the outlet issue and sent maintenance out immediately. The problem was remedied but happened again the next day, so we just made do with the situation. A

Condo was dirty with stained carpet, black mold, filthy baseboards, broken furniture and shorted out lighting. One bedroom had no lighting all week. A maintenance team came out and didn't fix the issues. We were denied any kind of refund. Overall our stay was terrible.
