Super close to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove.  Check in was a breeze! We arrived at like 11pm so I was worried about that. The place was clean and in good repair. Was nice to have the private pool and my son was excited it had a deeper end (approx 6 feet deep). Quiet neighborhood in great location to several restaurants, grocery stores etc. On the day of check out we had a few hours to kill before going to the airport. We got to hang out in the club house and community pool. Everyone was so nice and that area is worth a visit by itself! Definitely will be coming back again soon!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our Universal/Disney trip. Close to the parks, incredible theming, safe location, and over the top amenities. Maria, who was so helpful and kind, always responded to any of my messages/questions quickly. My daughter asked if we can stay here on our next Disney trip and the answer was an easy “yes!”

What a great stay! Stayed for the weekend to celebrate my sons bday and had an amazing time. The house was clean and provided a good range of basic necessities. It was located in a perfect spot of being in between both exits and a minute drive to the water park/club amenities.The rooms were a great size and was the perfect setup for large groups that don't necessarily have a bunch of small kids coming along as well. Our host Maria was very accommodating and very prompt with responding to messages. The ONLY thing i could complain about is that the jacuzzi knob didn't work to turn on the bubbles but since we paid for pool heating, the pool itself was like a giant bath that we didn't even care to complain. Would absolutely stay in this property again!Oh and the location couldn't be better. You are within 10 mins of every store/restaurant you could need.

Excelente infraestrutura da acomodação, hospedando perfeitamente nosso grupo de 4 pessoas. Ótimos 2 quartos com camas confortáveis, 2 banheiros espaçosos, ampla e completa cozinha com eletrodomésticos e utensílios em ótimo estado e salas de estar bem aconchegantes com climatização central. O estacionamento na frente da acomodação e o acesso a internet wi-fi também foram excelentes comodidades oferecidas. We had a great stay! The place looked just like the photos, was super comfortable, clean and it was really roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was a really quick and easy drive to Disney world (15-25mins). Also lots close by (coffee, restaurants, groceries, fast food and gas stations). This place is beautiful it definitely met our expectations and the rooms were perfectly decorated and cleaned although it was hard to locate because the location is only correct on google maps due to it being a new complex with construction we still got an immediate response and found the location. Was a very peaceful quiet area it’s right across from a lake which is wonderful to view in the morning. We greatly appreciate this stay.

Maria’s vacation town house ticked all the boxes and she couldn’t be more helpful offering recommendations and always responding within minutes, the house was sqeaky clean & as described, matched the pictures so no disappointments on arrival, the community pool and clubhouse were really lovely you can easily spend the day there, with a pretty lazy river and nice sized family pool with an amazingly hot jacuzzi. Will definitely recommend & stay again when in Florida.

The pictures were a little photoshopped but over all it was nice. When we arrived a little after 4 pm, I guess it was the cleaning lady coming down the stairs. I thought I was in someone else's Air bnb. The place did not smell fresh, the toilet bowls had a dark ring inside. They obviosity were not clean. There was a stain on the carpet in the main bedroom upstairs. The mattress were terrible. When my husband laid down, it was like a sink hole. I had to sleep on the very edge of the bed so I would not fall into the sink hole. The outdoor furniture was not wiped down. My husband had to wipe down the furniture. I suggest they get another cleaning service. Overall the place was nice, but the cleaning was bad.

First of all, the pool is not a pool I believe that’s a Jacuzzi and when I asked for it to be heated up, they wanted me to pay an extra $70 which didn’t make sense. It’s not even a pool so I mean, I thought the Jacuzzi supposed to be heated up But anyway, yeah everything was horrible. The beds were terrible. I didn’t like it at all. There was bugs in the house. And I definitely won’t be returning back to this location.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE- DIRTY
This home was NOT CLEAN! there were piles of dirt in the corners of every room, dirty door knobs, banisters filthy ceiling fans, dirty windows. there was someone elses ice cream still in the freezer, the dishes in the drawer were not clean. The pool is so tiny you cant really even use it and FILTHY!
they charge extra for EVERYTHING! if you want to use the BBQ grill, heat the pool, and they only provide you with one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper for the week in each bathroom. 
they will not reimburse you no matter, even if the place is too dirty to stay there. 
The house is expensive and after you have booked they charge you more fees than you were expecting. 
The beds were so hard that none of us slept the entire trip, they provide you with one towel for each bed for the entire week, and you do not get any washclothes.
There was broken drawers and cupboards, and the shower door would not close.
I asked for a crib for my little one and I was going to be charged 142$ extra to use the crib. 
they do have a pack n play that they will let you use for free but I asked them to have it at the rental property well in advance and they did not have it there so I had to stay up until after 10pm waiting for them to deliver the pack n play.
There is a fairly nice community pool and playground but they did not leave us a key to use it so we could not take advantage until they brought us a key. 
TO PUT IT SIMPLY, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I really enjoyed the place and felt right at home . Anything I needed assistance with I received a response right away . I was close to a lot of restaurants , theme parks , and for the event I came for. The house was clean and the pool was warm as requested . I give the place and the host Maria a 10/10 I will be back

Would recommend to anyone staying in Orlando to book with this home I was in love feeling like home all over again it’s actually made me wanna move to Florida

Maria was very responsive to any questions that arose. This was a long term stay for us and had some scheduling changes on our ends both at checkin and check out and Cozy/Maria was very accommodating. 

Area is very touristy, so keep that in mind. Traffic is chaotic at times (at no fault of host just some info)

Decor was inviting and kept an open space.
