The house was immaculate and spacious quiet community pool was kept clean. However, we had no access to the WiFi as of 3am the morning of our check out and check out time is 10am. Everything else was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! Everything was very clean, well organized, and the home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The amenities were great and exactly as described. Maria was amazing — she was very attentive, quick to respond to all of our questions, flexible, and extremely helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference for our group. Her hospitality truly stood out and made our experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

For the Family to be together -Priceless. With TWO Primary suites downstairs and EIGHT delightful bdrms upstairs, this Beautiful Home boasts large gathering spaces, plenty clean and lovely baths. The elegant 12 seater table was PERFECT for us to eat our meals together and play board games. The Spacious Island for chatting, cooking, sampling homemade meals and more was a fantastic gathering centerpiece. With regular and "pool" towels, we arrived to plenty linens for our large crew. The patio furniture was welcoming for conversations, games, and "carrying on" out back by the pool and grill. Maria was responsive and so were the maintenance/service gentlemen. Early morning rubbish pick up was a convenience. My young and young-at-heart ones enjoyed the arcade, lazy river, and such when they visited the clubhouse. Though we all are still taking it in, THIS is is already a cherished memory. Having this opportunity to BE TOGETHER...PRICELESS. Mahalo 💞

Very nice accommodations, great location, great space. Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday vacation here for 9 days. We very much enjoyed the heated pool. The community pool and hot tub were very nice too

Amazing place for our family. We loved the neighborhood very safe, quiet, and family-friendly. Having Publix and Starbucks just a 5 minute drive away was a big plus and made everyday life so easy 😉 We truly loved the house, the rooms, the backyard, and all the amenities. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well thought out, making our stay very enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we would happily recommend to other families.

A casa nos surpreendeu positivamente em todos os detalhes. Tudo extremamente limpo, organizado e com roupa de cama de excelente qualidade. Os banheiros têm um acabamento impecável, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. A localização é simplesmente perfeita, muito próxima ao Walmart, além de restaurantes e lojinhas, trazendo muita praticidade ao dia a dia. O imóvel é amplo, confortável e muito bem distribuído, com 4 suítes espaçosas e ainda um lavabo, acomodando todos com total conforto. Não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade com as regras da casa. Todas as orientações desde o acesso ao condomínio até o uso da casa, como ajuste da temperatura — são muito claras, bem organizadas e acompanhadas de manuais explicativos, o que facilita muito a estadia. Ficamos muito felizes com a nossa escolha e com certeza voltaríamos. Super recomendamos!

The host addressed the reported issues promptly and in a timely manner, which we truly appreciated. The home is located in a very nice area of Orlando, conveniently close to the theme parks and outlet shopping malls.One challenge we experienced was that the carpets showed significant wear and tear. Additionally, while the home appears to have multiple bathrooms, most are Jack-and-Jill style, with only the master bedroom having a private bathroom. There is also limited privacy around the pool area, and the kitchen has limited utensils available for cooking.

My family and I had a wonderful time. On our free days the kids enjoyed the activities offered in the club house, and playing in the pool. I recommend having the pool heated if you go in the winter. Will definitely come back again next time we come down for Disney.

Maria was really responsive to any queries from initial booking, and through our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. We paid to have the pool heated, it was nice and warm. The whole complex was really good, gym, bar , pool and surroundings were really well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not one fault to mention. We hope to return! A great host & great house , thank you.

Our stay at this Disney-themed Airbnb was wonderful! The space was perfect for my family—there were 10 of us, and we were all very comfortable. The home was clean, spacious, and well-kept. I truly enjoyed staying here and plan to book this property every time we visit Disney, which is every year. The host was amazing—very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Great location for all the parks. Private and gated for security with great amenities. The home was clean and just as expected. Surprisingly quiet for a townhouse. We never heard a sound from either neighbor when inside. Great accomodations.

The house was not well cleaned. There were very few utensils in the kitchen. We also did not have access to the pool house or the game room.

The pictures were a little photoshopped but over all it was nice. When we arrived a little after 4 pm, I guess it was the cleaning lady coming down the stairs. I thought I was in someone else's Air bnb. The place did not smell fresh, the toilet bowls had a dark ring inside. They obviosity were not clean. There was a stain on the carpet in the main bedroom upstairs. The mattress were terrible. When my husband laid down, it was like a sink hole. I had to sleep on the very edge of the bed so I would not fall into the sink hole. The outdoor furniture was not wiped down. My husband had to wipe down the furniture. I suggest they get another cleaning service. Overall the place was nice, but the cleaning was bad.
