Our family stayed 4 days during Thanksgiving. The house is nice, but our phones didn’t work inside. We relied on WiFi to use our phones. On Thanksgiving day, WiFi stopped working. We had to go outside in 35-40 degree weather to communicate with her. I asked her if there was anything we could do or call to provide assistance, and she said it’ll have to wait until the next day. This didn’t seem like a priority to her, & it ruined our 1st fam Thanksgiving vacay. We couldn’t do any of the entertaining events planned bc they all required WiFi or some form of telecom services. Even the next morning on Black Fri, we still didn’t have a way to communicate. I reached out to her again, and there was no immed support. The internet may seem like an incentive, but to not be able to use your phone at all with kids in an unfamiliar place is unnerving and scary. My dtr even got sick. Also, she sent check out email for the next dayb4 making sure our issue was fixed.
