We had an amazing Labor Day Weekend stay at this beautiful home! From the very beginning, Maria was a wonderful host. She reached out before our arrival with helpful information, access instructions, and recommendations for the surrounding area. Her communication and attention to detail immediately made us feel welcomed. If you love the pictures, just wait until you see it in person; it’s even better than pictured! The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, and the private pool was the perfect touch for cooling off in the Florida heat. The location was convenient and close to everything, and the check-out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Overall, the home exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

I recommend everyone to stay here 10/10 experience. Everything was clean from the entry to every room! The pool was clean peaceful it was the perfect size. the house came with full appliances everything you think of that you would need they had. Both club houses were beautiful and friendly. The response was quick and easy . I felt at peace the whole time we were there. I wish we would have stay longer ! I will definitely be booking here again . Well worth every dollar. Wonderful experience!

Maria had great hospitality, the home was lovely, and the location was prime for Disney! We kind of disliked the the one sink in the kitchen layout, but it worked well. The entire home was well taken  care of and the beds were comfortable! I would most certainly book again!

The townhouse was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for our family and the location was close to everything. It isn’t clear until after you book, but after reserving the Airbnb, we were sent an email and required to provide each guests information and sign a separate rental agreement outside of the Airbnb platform. After signing the agreement, the property management company was supposed to email instructions for the gate but they were never emailed to me. Because I had read other reviews about the gate being a thing, on the way to the rental I called to find out how to get in the gate and a man at the property management company texted me a link. From that link you have to download a third party app called Sage and provide a picture of your drivers license. Then you have access to the app that gets you in the gate. All in all, the place was nice and we enjoyed our time. The hoops we had to jump through in order to get into the rental, I could have done without.

Maria was a great host and very responsive. Unfortunately, the Airbnb had a significant insect issue, which was surprising for a newly constructed property. On our final night, we discovered many ants in the primary bedroom. I contacted Maria and sent the photos and videos she requested. I did not ask for compensation, as I understand that this is a new property and felt terrible that the owners were already experiencing this problem. However, the ants made us uncomfortable enough that my husband, our 18-month-old, and I slept in the living room that night. I truly hope the issue is resolved quickly because Maria was wonderful, and the property otherwise has a lot of potential.

Please beware unless if you want to be accommodated with rats and roaches.  Nothing was done requested money back. Airbnb is letting them get away with it I have photos and videos of pests in the home

We take concerns regarding pests extremely seriously, which is why the home receives regular professional pest control treatments and routine inspections. After receiving your report, we immediately offered to send our local team to the property to inspect and assist. Unfortunately, that offer was declined, preventing us from verifying the concern while you were at the home. We also were not provided with any photos or videos showing rats, roaches, or any other pests, despite the statements made in this review. Following your request for a refund, Airbnb reviewed the case and also determined that there was insufficient evidence to support the claim. At no point were rats, roaches, or any other infestation found at the property. Our priority is always to resolve concerns during a guest's stay whenever possible, and we remain available to assist every guest promptly whenever we are given the opportunity.

I did enjoy my stay overall, and the house looked just like the pictures. It was a beautiful property, but there were a few issues that made the experience uncomfortable. When we arrived, the carpets upstairs were noticeably wet, leaving my friends and me walking around with wet socks. The pool was also very dirty with a lot of debris floating around, and even using the pool cleaning stick provided did not help much, so we did not feel comfortable getting in. The biggest concern was privacy. We were approved for an early check-in, and while settling in on the first day, someone unexpectedly entered the house without notice. We had also requested a broom and asked for someone to check the ice machine. After being told a broom would be brought, no one came that day, but a day or two later we returned to find one inside, meaning someone had entered again without letting us know. Overall, beautiful home, but I would not stay here again.

The pictures were a little photoshopped but over all it was nice. When we arrived a little after 4 pm, I guess it was the cleaning lady coming down the stairs. I thought I was in someone else's Air bnb. The place did not smell fresh, the toilet bowls had a dark ring inside. They obviosity were not clean. There was a stain on the carpet in the main bedroom upstairs. The mattress were terrible. When my husband laid down, it was like a sink hole. I had to sleep on the very edge of the bed so I would not fall into the sink hole. The outdoor furniture was not wiped down. My husband had to wipe down the furniture. I suggest they get another cleaning service. Overall the place was nice, but the cleaning was bad.
