Great home in a great vacation complex. We stay at a number of different complexes and Windsor is our favorite. Only downside is they have a late open for their bar of 11AM and don’t allow outside food or drinks.
The place was clean the host was responsive. We had an issue where previous guests must have changed some of the audio and video cords that made issues with audio in cinema. Host was responsive with having someone come to fix the issue right away.
The virtual home guide site they provided was very helpful and enhanced our stay.

Windsor Island CONS: A cookie-cutter, overpopulated rental community with unfriendly staff & a community pool that lacks accommodations for the overall amount of renters.
Owners require monetary compensation for almost all house amenities.
Rental properties approximately 5 feet from each other, blinds must be closed day/night for privacy from neighbors.
House pools provide absolutely no privacy.
Influx of vehicles at front gate frustrating & routinely backs up onto main highway.
