5) GRILL RENTAL ONLY: The house doesn't have a grill of its own, but I have some rental options. 3 Burners - $115 per week | 4 Burners - $135 per week. It comes with 1 propane tank full. *1 week is the minimum payment*This service is provided by a third party company specialized in rentals and it's according availability. It's required a minimum of 24h notice to guarantee the delivery. Otherwise I can check if it's possible to accommodate the request. For grill rentals through a third party, we kindly ask that all guests who wish to use the grill sign a BBQ Liability Waiver. By signing, guests agree that they are familiar with how to operate the BBQ equipment and acknowledge that they are fully responsible in case of accidents.
6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.
7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit.

11) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.
12) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.

Amazing place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Buena ubicación del alojamiento , toallas muy usadas y demasiados procesos para el uso de las instalaciones....no me parece adecuado Overall convenient to Epcot and other local amenities and gated location which was a plus.
A couple of concerns about this to note is that they limit how low you can turn down the air which makes it more uncomfortable if a guest prefers sleeping under cooler conditions. Additionally, there are some cleaning concerns that need to be addressed. Also to note that for future guests this is located next to a 'fair' type of facility so there is both traffic and sounds of a fair type of event next to this location. Excellent and awesome place to stay, especially if you have kids. There was not a single day we weren't all at the pool or walking around the neighborhood. It was very clean, had pleasant neighbors and was very safe. Thank you for the stay and look forward to staying again soon!
