Great place, very large, very clean. nice hot-tub.Show more We enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly the way it was pictured and the clubhouse is very nice when traveling with family and kids. The lazy river was very relaxing and much needed after a long day of shopping. Very spacious and fit our family comfortably. The only thing I would point out is to use the directions given from the host because for some reason the GPS with our rental didn't recognize the streets within the community but only the main oneShow more Pros: Large townhome- very unassuming from the outside. Cannot hear noise from outside when inside except for while in the pool. Large bedrooms with 2 en suites (1st floor queen has bathroom across hall). Decent seating options in common spaces for my family of 9. Up to date TVs in all rooms. Made do with pots and pans that were available. Nice air conditioned 1/2 bath on patio. Free clubhouse arcade. Close proximity to Walmart & Target. Parking was always available out front. Tons of pool towels available.
Cons: Pool wasn’t cleaned upon arrival- contained sand (cleaned on 2nd to last day). Day bed trundle- heavily urine stained. Carpets need a shampoo. No wash cloths provided. No lighting in the pool- unusable & unsafe for children @ night. No dustpan. Clubhouse was very crowded and entry wasn’t properly regulated. Refrigerator and Freezer issues-didn’t make drinks cold/freeze ice cream. Washer & Dryer are older and dryer doesn’t dry quickly! Internet was very unstable-need upgrade.Show more
