House was dirty and pool too
We were very upset with the house stains on floor stickers coming of the walls one bathroom was lock couldnt use it pool was dirty. Water and ice maker didnt work..I feel I should get half of my money back wasnt happy at all. N

Vacation
We truly enjoyed out stay here! Wonderful location, house checked all our boxes for the age range. Very responsive to all our questions and request! Can’t wait to stay again. Great home in a great vacation complex. We stay at a number of different complexes and Windsor is our favorite. Only downside is they have a late open for their bar of 11AM and don’t allow outside food or drinks.
The place was clean the host was responsive. We had an issue where previous guests must have changed some of the audio and video cords that made issues with audio in cinema. Host was responsive with having someone come to fix the issue right away.
The virtual home guide site they provided was very helpful and enhanced our stay.
An FYI that you need to pay for the pool heating for the hot tub to be warm. The jets alone don’t heat the hot tub. Beautiful home with Amazing Host I will definitely pin this home as a return vacation
