The home was beautiful however the pool did not filter and the ice machine did not work.
Reached out every day of my stay and someone came by but never fixed the problem.
They also did not pay their HOA fees or something of that sort because we couldn’t access the club house initially( which was included).
The worst part of it all was at the very end when I offered to send video proof that the pool never filtered and the ice machine didn’t work I was told that they trust their maintenance. Which felt very dismissive and accusatory.
I think the owner should stay in their home for a day to see what I was really talking about.
But instead I’m sure they will just leave the pool unfiltered and the ice machine broken.
I would stay in the community again just not at this address.
I could look to my left and my right and see the neighbors pool filtering properly but we had to deal with the filth.
And to be denied access to the club house and have to wait in that heat was painful.Show more The home was beautiful, the rooms were nice and spacious. I had multiple issues with the property though the host was very responsive and tried to fix each problem. The host was very nice. The pool did not filter properly which left my son’s eyes red and draining. They sent multiple people out to fix the pool and it did not work the entire time. The heating element for the hot tub did not work and the tub water would not get hot. The showers worked well and had hot water. The house was not cleaned well when we arrived but the host sent out people to clean the home. The home was still not thoroughly clean. The dishes in the home were not clean as well and had food on it.
I enjoyed the pool at the club house which also had a lazy river.
