Very impressed with responsiveness of host and excellent customer service. Overall the house was clean but certainly some wear and tear. Like other reviews stated, the bare minimum is provided for your stay. One dishwasher pod, one roll of paper towels and maybe not even full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom- for a short stay that’s great, for a longer stay it would be nice to at least have enough toilet paper for your stay. Dishes, pots/pans, etc were great. Overall it was a nice place for a family of 6. Other things out of Cozy control- the gates at StoreyLake are a pain, one was completely out of service.Show more Very nice house with space comes with everything communication was awesome, I will book again.Show more I want to be very clear. Cozy was great with communicating, and being available. The house was very well-kept and beautiful. The rooms were neat and comfy. The house was very spacious for me and my family. The clubhouse associated with the house was awesome. I was there with my wife and 2 kids; 15 and 8 and they were BOTH very entertained as were we as adults. They had a basketball court, pool, and water slide.
The other side of the coin was that the house was very much undersupplied. In order for you to really enjoy being in the house, you need to bring your own kitchen with you. There are not enough kitchen items to really cook a real meal for breakfast or dinner. This is in regards to the pots, pans, and cooking items that are not supplied. You also have to bring your own paper items i.e paper towels, napkins, as well as dishwashing liquid, towels to clean with etc. At the end of the trip you are responsible to replace all paper products and trashcan liners.
